Before ordering

All Products are made in registered kitchen in Christchurch. By purchasing from Sweet Time you are confirming you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Consultation

Fill out the ordering form much as you can or we can chat about the ideas, style, flavour and pickup date through another communication method.

• Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer only. Please use your name as reference.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order with remaining amount paid before pick up.

• ​Collection

Pick up are from Unit 9/7 Michelle Road, Wigram. Please keep to the time we have agreed on, If you running late please let me know.

In the event an order has not been picked up I will attempt to make contact for two hours after stated pick up time. Your payment will be lost and product donated if there is no reply.

Best storage options for your order will be advised on pick up day.

Customers take full responsibility for their order once it leaves my premises as it is now totally out of my control, any concerns about transporting please let me know in advance.

• Cancellations/Refund

Refunds are determined by management at Sweet Time on a one by one basis.

Last minute cancellations after your order is made will result in loss of deposit.
